EPI Centre Computing Services

The EPI Centre is the Faculty of Art, Creative Industries and Education's student computing service based in F Block, Bower Ashton campus. There are satellite rooms, which serve the Fine Art and MA courses at Spike Island.

EPI is the acronym for Electronic, Photographic and Interactive. We provide computing workshops and support to all the School’s staff and students.

Facilities and Software

The EPI Centre staff support a total of 14 computer suites spread across the Bower Ashton and Spike Island campuses.

Services offered include: Specific application computing, general purpose computing, Internet and e-mail access, reflective scanning as well as A3 and A4 laser printing. In each suite there is a wide variety of software programs including the following:
